77xo Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77xo ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 77xo website located at https://77xo.app, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any services provided therein, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, and account management functions.

By accessing the 77xo website, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus terms applicable to specific promotions. 02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to 77xo and participation in any real-money gaming or betting activity is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuing basis for as long as you maintain an active account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform. 77xo operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

77xo reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time, including during the registration process, prior to processing any withdrawal, or in connection with any account review. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the stipulated timeframe will result in the suspension of account access and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is completed.

03 Account Registration & Security

To access real-money gaming services on 77xo, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any details change. 77xo is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

Account Credentials

Upon registration, you will create a unique username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not disclose your password to any third party under any circumstances. 77xo staff will never ask you for your password via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any request for your password purportedly from 77xo should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to notify 77xo immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, any loss or theft of your credentials, or any other security breach. 77xo is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security or failed to notify us promptly of a suspected breach.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

77xo operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with its anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. KYC verification may be triggered automatically at defined deposit or withdrawal thresholds, or at any time at 77xo's discretion. Documents required for KYC may include:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or mobile financial service statement dated within 90 days)

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on 77xo are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfers via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Sonali Bank. Payment method availability may vary depending on your account verification status, transaction volume, and the current operational status of each payment channel.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on 77xo is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, subject to the transaction limits imposed by your chosen payment method. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the originating institution's processing schedule.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source is registered to a different individual — are strictly prohibited. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification status. Unverified accounts may not submit withdrawal requests until KYC is completed. Bonus Funds and Withdrawal Eligibility

Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. • Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x). The wagering requirement must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier, eligible games, and expiry window are stated in the terms of each individual offer.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated within the stated activation window, and wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated completion window, will expire and be removed from the account automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the terms of a specific promotion.
• Bonus Abuse: 77xo employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to convert bonus funds to cash with minimal risk exposure, use of multiple accounts to claim a single-claim bonus more than once, and collusion between players to exploit referral or friend-invitation bonuses. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have the relevant bonus and any associated winnings voided, and may be subject to permanent account closure.
• No Cash Alternative: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash directly. They exist solely to extend gameplay opportunities and their value is realised only through the completion of applicable wagering requirements.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

Each game available in the 77xo lobby is subject to its own game-specific rules as determined by the game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers. 07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77xo platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, any winnings derived from the prohibited activity voided, and any deposited funds subject to review before release. 77xo reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, impersonating another individual, or creating an account under a false identity.
• Money Laundering: Using the 77xo platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or to process payments on behalf of third parties for any purpose.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live table games, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets, interact with the platform interface, or exploit game mechanics in a manner not available to ordinary human players.
• Arbitrage and Exploit Strategies: Exploiting pricing errors, bonus misconfigurations, or software vulnerabilities to generate guaranteed or near-guaranteed profit at the expense of 77xo or other players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in respect of a completed 77xo deposit without first contacting 77xo's support team and allowing a reasonable resolution period. Accounts subject to fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently closed and the matter referred to relevant financial and legal authorities.
• Underage Access: Registering for or using a 77xo account while under the age of 18, or knowingly facilitating access to the platform by a person under the age of 18.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one account under the same identity, or using multiple accounts to circumvent bonus restrictions, betting limits, or account suspensions.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

77xo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity
• Identification of duplicate accounts under the same player identity
• Account inactivity (an account will be considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity)
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming policy
• Receipt of a valid legal order from a relevant authority requiring account restriction

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your 77xo account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements and minimum withdrawal thresholds. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Dormant Account Policy

An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months without any login activity. 77xo will make reasonable attempts to contact you via your registered email address before applying any dormant account administration fee.
